AMIT project: Evaluation of different interpreting methods in the medical field - collaboration between ZHAW and Bhaasha

18.12.2024

Interpreting is essential when a patient does not speak the local language. However, there are a multitude of options available today, from face-to-face interpreting, via video-conferencing or telephone calls, to automatic translation (artificial intelligence) via applications. It can be difficult to decide which is the right option in each situation to ensure the best possible quality of care.

Your answers will help us to understand the use of different interpreting modalities to improve your interaction with patients in different situations. The questionnaire takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete. It will be active until 28 February 2025. To access the survey, click on the following link: https://redcap.link/AMIT_survey

Thank you very much for taking part!
